1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UploadText, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

UploadText provides users with a platform to securely upload, store, and share text and code snippets ("the Service"). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

4. Content Ownership

UploadText does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant UploadText a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service.

5. Termination

You agree that UploadText may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your UploadText account and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of the Terms of Service.
